Your voice lives in your key
When you learn a voice, Soundlike reads your samples, builds a voice profile, signs it, compresses it, and hands it back to you as a voice key. The key is the profile. We do not keep a copy of your samples, your profile, or your key. If you delete the key, the voice is gone and there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
What leaves our server
Learning a voice and critiquing a draft use a language model run by Anthropic. Your samples, or your draft and voice brief, are sent to Anthropic to produce the result and are handled under Anthropic's API terms, which do not use API inputs to train models. Nothing else is sent anywhere.
If you buy Pro
Payment goes through Stripe. Stripe holds your card and email under its own privacy policy; we never see the card. We keep one record per voice id: that Pro is on, until when, and the Stripe customer and subscription ids so you can manage or cancel it. Cancel and the record is removed at the end of the period.
What we log
Standard server logs from our host (Vercel): request paths, timestamps, status codes, and error messages. We do not log the content of samples, drafts, or keys. We keep counters keyed to a random voice id inside your key: how many critiques this month, and one number per day for the whole site (learns, critiques, card views). None of them can be reversed into a key, a sample, or a person.
The voice card
The card link you get after learning shows your name, a one-line summary, five dials, up to three signature moves, up to six words you reach for, and one line from your samples. That is all it contains. It carries no credential and cannot be turned back into your key. Anyone with the link can see it, so share it on purpose.
If you choose to give us your email on the site, we store it with your first name so we can send you your card and key. We do not sell it, share it, or send anything you did not ask for. Write to us and it is deleted.
Muse and other agents
When you add Soundlike to Meta Muse or any other agent, that agent stores your voice key in its own credential store and sends it to us with each request. What the agent does with your data is governed by that agent's own policy, not this one.
